Refund policy

Glitter Chimp does not accept returns on any glitter, molds, epoxy, ink, paint, laser-cut products, or digital products.

Glitter Chimp Cup Turners can be returned but we must be contacted within seven (7) days of delivery. All turners have a 3-month manufacturer warranty on all parts, excluding the motor. If you receive your turner and you have any issues please contact us immediately through our site or Facebook and we will happily help in any way we can. Cup turner warranties start on the day of delivery. 

On returnable products. All products must be approved for return by Glitter Chimp LLC prior to shipping an item back. Contact us for more information. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is then responsible for any loss in value.
