Shipping policy
All orders will ship Monday through Friday.
Orders will ship within one (1) to three (3) business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you.
Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business days that something is missing. Please email us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issue you a store credit.
Epoxy Shipping: Due to the chemical properties involved with epoxy products. We are currently unable to ship to AK, HI, PR, GU, or internationally. Epoxy shipments are only allowed by ground methods.Â
Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM CT to 5:00 PM CT "Excluding US Federal Holidays". Orders placed after 2 pm CT will have a next business day order date.
