SHIPPING POLICY

CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING LONGER THAN USUAL SHIPPING TIMES.
All orders will ship Monday through Thursday.  

Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business days that something is missing.

Please message us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. You can contact us at info@glitterchimp.com. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issue you a store credit.

Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM CT to 5:00 PM CT "Excluding US Federal Holidays". Orders placed after 12 pm CT may ship out the next business day.
